It’s been just over two years since we departed our home of six years on Inspirational Drive in Sedona so suddenly in February, 2022, in the height of COVID to render support to family in Colorado, and we’re so delighted to be returning to Sedona for the Lion’s Gate and an early celebration of our 5th anniversary of our marriage at Mund’s Wagon Trailhead. We just watched the video and reminisced with all of your well wishes.
We’ve missed all of the friends here so much after the years of isolation that began in April, 2020, and return with an inspired new meditation project for short attention spans of social media consumers of very short, protopian meditations, to interrupt agitation and stimulate meditation for global coherence.
We’re inspired knowing HeartMath Institute’s global coherence research is right: groups of people creating heart-centered states of care, love and compassion generate a more coherent field environment that benefits others and helps offset the current planetary-wide discord and incoherence.
